    Dear Valued Customer,

Following the recent disclosure of critical PHP security vulnerabilities, our Technical Team and our vendor are actively reviewing and applying the relevant security patches to help protect our hosting environment.

These vulnerabilities may introduce security risks to websites running affected PHP versions. While not every website is necessarily affected, keeping PHP and other website software up to date is an important part of maintaining a secure online presence.

We encourage customers to review their website's PHP version and upgrade it to 8.3 or higher (recommended) to ensure that the relevant security updates are applied.

    What We're Doing
Our Technical Team is actively working to assess the potential impact and apply the relevant security updates across our environment. We are continuing to monitor the situation and address any identified risks.

    What You Can Do
We encourage you to take the following precautions for your website:
    • Review your PHP version: Check which PHP version your website uses and ensure the relevant security updates have been applied.
    • Check compatibility: Before changing PHP versions, confirm that your website, CMS, themes, plugins and other applications are compatible.
    • Keep your website software updated: Install available security updates for your CMS, themes and plugins.
    • Back up your website: Ensure you have a recent backup before making changes.
    • Where compatible, we recommend using PHP 8.3 or higher to provide a longer period of support. Please ensure the version you use is supported by your hosting environment and that the relevant security patches are in place.
